Hi i am interested in integrated battery controller for battery charging for three phase system using Hysteresis and PI controller in Matlab Simulink, it would be great if someone can help me, many thanks

For battery simulations, the best place to start is Simscape Battery, a new toolbox introduced in R2022b. There are many examples about how to design and simulation battery packs and battery management systems.
