Have to spit gps distance into equal segments

I have gps readings with 1Hz sampling also accelerometer readings with 93Hz sampling. using the pos2dist i got the distance between two consecutve coordinates, and than interpolated the distance vector with accelerometer time. My question consists on how to segment the data with more or less the same distance in meters, i.e 100m?
