how to concatinate same variable vertically of different .mat files in same directory?

I have the .mat files named 12_03_2012_v001_cDAQ_001.mat,12_03_2012_v001_cDAQ_002.mat....12_03_2012_v001_cDAQ_029.mat with a variable of 'chanvals' of same size.I need to concatinate vertically all chanvals into one variable.
