How to avoid the inconsistency in zoom factor for stateflow in R2012b?

I have models in which the stateflow has 100% zoom factor. Every time when I save it, the zoom factor varies to 133% , 124% if I had earlier saved it as 125%, 149% if I had earlier saved it as 150%. Is there any setting which could help in avoiding this?
