Dealing with NaN's in SOM (self-organizing map)

I keep trying to use my data which has NaN's with SOM, but it says it cannot accept NaN's. Online it looks like it should. Any suggestions?

I'd be interested to know the answer to this too. The SOM toolbox from the Helsinki University of Technology can handle NaNs.
