How can we calculate the frequency of audio samples in matlab.

How can i calculate the frequency so that i can hide the information in the samples whose frequency less audible,or not audible but present in audio file.

You need to rethink this. Individual audio samples do not have a frequency. Frequency is a measurement of the rate of changes, but you can only have change if you have multiple samples.

The situation is similar to that of an automobile: if you examine it at any one instant, the automobile has a position, but not a velocity: you need to examine the position at multiple times in order to define a velocity for the automobile.
