Displaying a figure with specified properties

can someone explain hwo to dsiply the figure wiith the belwo properties on the PC

figure_test = figure('Visible','off',...
        'Name','Testfigure',...
        'Color', [0 0 0],...
        'Resize','on',...
        'Position',[200,100,1100,600]);
    colordef(figure_test ,'white');
