Regarding .wav file problem

I am new in MATLAB, I want data (.wav file) comprising of samples with a resolution of 13 bits left justified in a 16-bit word. The three least significant bits are set to '0'. how can i get that type of .wav file?? can we convert 8 bit data to 13 bit, using MATLAB?? Please anybody help...
