How to create two groops of boxplot with different scaling on y axis

Hello, I need to show in one picture two different characteristics - namely criterion value and computation time, but they need to have different axis scalings. In the attached file is the desirable result, it is made from two figures with graphical tool by hand. Is there any way to create it automatically?
