Why do I get an error when using Target Installer to install Arduino Mega2560 board support package?

Running "targetinstaller" on 2012a on a Windows XP 32 bit machine, selecting "internet", and "Arduino Mega 2560", the following error gets flagged during download of Arduino Common:

"Cannot download http://sharepoint/dev/spc/verdeploy/senthilteam/HardwareInterface/Documents/Research/rtt_arduinocommon.zip: Error downloading URL. Your network connection may be down or your proxy settings improperly configured.."

Network connection or proxy configuration do not appear to be the problem as the board support installation completes without errors when selecting "Arduino Uno".

Please try pausing your antivirus software and repeating the process. Let us know if that worked...
