How to get the component for Silicon Carbide MOSFET?

The result has been obtained for an inverter using IGBT. Now I want to simulate the same with Silicon Carbide MOSFET. The component is not available. How to get it?

My question is how to modify the existing MOSFET component in the MATLAB library to form the new SiC MOSFET component, by replacing the parameters of switching frequency, FET resistance, Capacitors and other parameters, as given by the manufacturer. If the parameters are changed as per the manufacturer's data sheet, will it perform in the MATLAB simulation? Who is giving the validity and genuineness. How to contact MATLAB design officers to accept and ensure the correctness of the design and performance. Also how to make a new emblem for the new component? Can we take the new emblem given by the manufacturer to represent the SiC MOSFET and how to incorporate in the MATLAB library so as to make it readily available for the use of other MATLAB users?
