If you have a valid install disk it should have come with an installation code. Simply install 6.5 onto the new computer using that code.

Also do not forget to back up the local folder inside the toolbox directory as well as all other modifications you may have made.

And don't forget to deactivate the license on the old computer.

Wait a minute. Version 6.5? From 2002? 12 years ago? Is the person who bought it still a student after so long? I doubt this license is still legally valid anymore.
