Right-click drag copy and left/right-click move features not working

There are two features that don't work on my MATLAB installation.

1) I can't right-click drag copy, and I don't know another way to maintain a link (automatically de-links)

2) I can't left/right-click and detach a block from signal lines.

How do I enable/disable these features?
