Import Excel Table and RealTime Workshop

Will there be any issues with embedded code generated by RealTime Workshop if I imported an excel table to a matlab variable then accessed it in simulink through a constant block?

I am not sure which possible issues you had in mind? However, when you generate the code with Real-Time Workshop, then the numbers form your sheet/from the MATLAB variable will be hardcoded anyway, so there will be no more refenrece to the Excel sheet or the MATLAB variable.
