after installation why I cannot access to installation file on Mac OS X 10.9 ?

I installed the matlab 2013a on mac from the university it service website. But after installation it says me it cannot opened because undefined developer. I tracked a questions answer and I fix it The question was:

Why do I receive the alert "MATLAB.app can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer” after launching the installer?

The answer was This is due to the Mac OS 10.8 Gatekeeper feature. To allow the installation, follow these steps:

Allow the Application one time:

- Right click or control-click on 'Install for Mac OS X'

- Choose 'Open' in the drop down menu

- Click 'Open' in the dialog box

I tracked the answer but I still cannot enter 'Install for Mac OS X' ??
