How to create neural network ?

I have a algorithm which generate template for iris recognition. Now i want to check the performance of the algorithm for 100 eye image. Can i use neural network toolbox or i need to develop additional algorithm?

you just start with toolbox,and try to run the data by it, then if result not satisfied, from toolbox u go to the scrip file you generate the code run previously than, start manipulate and modify it as you want

What is your algorithm? Is it a NN algorithm? What do you mean by "template"? What is that? If you have this algorithm, why can't you just run it on 100 images using batch processing code in the FAQ: http://matlab.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ#How_can_I_process_a_sequence_of_files.3F
