How to send many data form matlab to arduino on GUIDE

I designed a matlab GUIDE project,it containts 4 textboxs and 1 button. When i set the value to Kp,Ki,Kd,SetPoint textbox and 1 button start to begin sending data to arduino. I read many document form many website and i couldn't see the helpful code. Help and thank u very much.
