Why it doesn't work?

Hello Everyone,

I have some problems running the simplest model that is possible to build. I'm just trying to transform the signal to a PS, but it doesn't work and honestly, I don't know where I'm wrong. Could please someone help me? Here it is the model.

I don't have any special requirements for this model, as I've already said, what is important to me is to check the signal conversion.
