How can i remove the noise in this image

good day i am working on vessel extraction, I have worked it using gabor and fuzzy c - means .I get my image which is partial that is all the vessels are not being extracted..can anybody suggest me to improve this.I have lot of noise in my image. Below is my image..which has partially extracted vessels and lots of noise,How can i remove only noise.Kindly help

You can't. That image is hopeless. When one of your vessels enters the big white blob, there's no telling where it should do and so you can't tell what's vessel and what's noise. You need to take a step back and improve the algorithm. Are these the algorithms that the published papers I referred you to use?

By the way, ophthalmology has 2 h's in it, not one.
