How to create a .m file to exe file, so that exe file ca n be run in another computer in which no matlab is installed?

You would need MATLAB Compiler or MATLAB Coder.
Note: MATLAB Compiler and MATLAB Coder are not available for Student Version licenses, only for Academic and Professional / Commercial licenses.

You have to buy from a Mathworks. It comes to INR 300000 based on an estimate I got. They will require a valid MATLAB license to provide you with a quote. Once you install matlab compiler[MCR], you can do mcc - filename.m to create an executable for the filename.m file.

To buy MATLAB Compiler for R2010a, you will need to either buy a current MATLAB or back-pay your software support to cover from whatever you missed to the present. Then, when you have that, you will be able to download past releases of the software using your MATLAB Central account.
