Generating trellis structure for ISI channel

I need to create trellis for a dummy channel = [1 4 6 4 1]. Matlab command poly2trellis can be used for generating trellis structures for convolutional codes but I don't know how to incorporate the channel coefficients so that i get a transition matrix which can be used to represent trellis structure for this ISI channel.
