Could you kindly suggest me or send me the link of any standard benchmark Flooring tiles database which i can download it for my research purpose. Kindly request you to help me as i've tried searching for more than a month and could not find any:(.

We will need some context. Is this for computer vision purposes? For computational fluid dynamics for evaluating forced-cooling flooring? For materials analysis? For heat transfer studies?

I'm using Flooring Tile as an application of CBIR and require benchmark images of flooring tiles for testing purpose.

You mgiht try Google or Bing images. There are texture databases, such as http://www.macs.hw.ac.uk/texturelab/resources/databases/ but I don't know if they have floor tiles. Maybe try Lowes.com, Homedepot.com, Menards.com, armstrong.com, formica.com, or similar.
