Don't stop programm on raspberry pi after cutting connection to simulink PC

Is it possible to continue the programm on raspberry pi after cutting connection to simulink PC? Now, the programm terminates after cutting the ethernet connection...

No it does not. If you run your program using the "Deploy" button in Simulink, the program runs un-tethered to Simulink. Even when you use External Mode, you can un-tether your Raspberry Pi from Simulink.
