working with MCR 8

Hi, i am using MCS version 8, with code compiled using the following command line mcc -R -nojvm -m *.m for 32bit. I've noticed that if i run this application using MCR it takes 3-4 seconds more comparing to run without MCR (run the exe when matlab is installed) the time is a crucial parameter in my application, which by itself takes ~0.3secs mainly I am using image processing and statistics toolbox someone has an idea? what shall i add to my compilation command in order to disable more features Thanks in advance Avi
