Why do I receive an error regarding vcand32.dll when using Embedded Target for Motorola MPC555 1.1 (R13SP1)?

I am trying to use the "mpc555rt_iohost" demo, but I receive an error saying that the vcand32.dll could not be loaded.

This file should be included among the files for your hardware driver. If you are able to located the file "vcan32.dll" on your computer, then it should be placed somewhere on the Windows path (eg. win/system32 directory).If vcand32.dll is not present with the hardware drivers that you currently have, you need the CAN Driver Library from Vector.
