Cloning and Running Patch Scripts for ArduPilot Integration with UAV Toolbox
This section helps you complete the Clone Scripts to Patch ArduPilot for UAV Toolbox and Run Scripts to Patch ArduPilot for UAV Toolbox steps of the Hardware Setup process (using the Hardware Setup screens).
To use the UAV Toolbox Support Package for ArduPilot Autopilots, you need to clone the
Scripts to Patch ArduPilot for UAV Toolbox repository.
Enter your preferred local folder path and then click the Clone Repository to start the cloning process.

After cloning the scripts, the Run Scripts to Patch ArduPilot for UAV Toolbox screen is displayed. To proceed, run the provided commands in your MATLAB command window to patch the ArduPilot firmware for UAV Toolbox compatibility and then click Validate.

If the cloning process fails and you are unable to resolve the issue, you can manually clone the repository. For more information, see How to Manually Clone the Scripts to Patch ArduPilot for UAV Toolbox Repository.
