MathWorks Call for Research Proposals – Submit Your Proposal

Decisions by MathWorks will be final in all matters relating to MathWorks Call for Research Proposals solicitations. By submitting a proposal, applicants affirm that they have read and agree to the program’s expectations:

• MathWorks intends to review proposals and grant awards based on its own criteria. Its decisions will be final and submission of a proposal will not result in the transfer of ownership of any IP rights.
• Receiving a proposal does not obligate MathWorks to enter into a business transaction.
• MathWorks intends to provide funding for winning proposals as a gift to the academic institution the applicant is affiliated with.
• Applicants hereby agree to allow MathWorks to publish their name, institution, proposal title, proposal abstract, and commercial partner on the MathWorks website. Applicants can opt out of this publication if MathWorks is notified in writing.
• Award recipients should acknowledge support from MathWorks and should inform MathWorks of publications, presentations, code and data releases, blogs/social media posts, and other speaking engagements.
• Award recipients should provide updates to MathWorks on the status of their research. MathWorks intends to provide recipients with an opportunity to collaborate with MathWorks on public statements to generate visibility for their supported proposals.
