This set of files/functions is inspired from "sentauruslab" proposed by Todd Karin (available also on MathWorks) and allows to plot 2D (.tdr files from Synopsys/Sentaurus converted in .tif/ascii).
The two "main" files allow to open a simple graphical interface or select options in the command window:
* Sentaurus2Dmain_UseCommandWindow_importTif_DrawBoundaryEdge_AllRegion_Vertcat.m
* Sentaurus2Dmain_UseGUI_Plot_SelectedVariable_Function.m
A file .tif (i.e. ascii file exported/converted .tdr file from Sentaurus is provided).
Note that the .tdr fles have to be converted using Sentaurus TCL commands that you can run using a terminal located where your tdr. files are. The file to run is also provided ("convertTdr2Tif.sh").
The main improvement comes from a full Delaunay mesh processing allowing the convex shape drawing (not possible with the "sentauruslab" proposed by Todd Karin).
Another interesting feature lies in the processing of the names of the variables (not properly performed during export in Sentaurus by the software Svisual).
