Computes the DBHT clustering

Perform DBHT clustering, a deterministic technique which only requires a similarity matrix S, and respective dissimilarity matrix D.

This version makes extensive use of graph-theoretic filtering technique called Triangulated Maximally Filtered Graph (TMFG).
