Fuzzy partitioning based on cognation analysis

This submission supports the corresponding paper with the same title and presents a toolbox for some specific fuzzy partitioning.

The toolbox performs fuzzy partitioning, which means that it divides the domain of each data attribute into several fuzzy regions (terms). The implemented fuzzy partitioning approach is a novel one and is quite easy to perceive and analyze. The catchy feature of the implemented partitioning approach is that it tunes the number of terms in a partition (not their internal parameters).
