This program calculates and plots the corresponding III-V binary phase diagram of the GaSb, GaAs, InAs and InSb systems based on the theory proposed by M. B. Panish. This information is useful to growth epitaxial layers using a Liquid Phase Epitaxy system. There is a section where the user can choose the temperature of the growth, indicate the weight of the solvent and then by pressing a push-button the corresponding atom fraction of group five component (x) and the weight of the solute are given in response. The program is presented as a GUI.
