Toolbox for non linear shape and pose analysis.
Registration and allignement for SSM construct can be found nonrigidICP and SSMBuilder on file exchange.
PPABuilder is the main function.
plotPPSmode plots the nonlinear responses to the Principal Polynomial Components.
For multi-object and artricualted shape models, alligment can be performed in relation to a common coordinate frame or object.
