x es una matriz cuadrada nxn. Necesitamos intercambiar los valores de la primera columna por los de la última, las demás se quedan igual.
Por ejemplo, si
x=[ 1 2 3 4;
5 6 7 8]
queremos conseguir
y=[ 4 2 3 1;
8 6 7 5]
