given a matrix, find its cofactor matrix https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minor_(linear_algebra)#Inverse_of_a_matrix
Why is there a value 4.000000000000001 in the cofactor matrix of problem 4? The matrix is composed entirely of integers, so the cofactors should all be integers as well.
