Problem 1560. COUNT VOWEL 2

The objective of this problem is to determine the number of unique vowels used in the given string.

 Now count vowels in STRING.

EXAMPLE:

 STRING='We are the MaTLaBins'; then OUTPUT is 3

or,

 STRING='LaBoRaToRy'; then OUTPUT will be 2
