Weighted markers for scatter plot

I am creating a scatter plot with two sets of variables,Hs(the x coordinate) and Tz(the y coordinate). There are about 700 pairs and many of the x,y pairs are repeated so I want the markers larger for x,y pairs that occur more frequently. Does anyone have any ideas how to do this, any help would be greatly appreciated.
