truetime simulink tool, ''Error reported by S-function 'ttkernelMATLAB' in 'modelembe​dded/node1​/TrueTime Kernel/S-Function': Call to init function failed!'',does somebody can help me?

I am trying to do a simulation of a network using true time toolbox,I am sure that I built the model ok,I have everything in the same directory.I've tried to find in internet some help but it's a tough topic.Thank's in advanced.

You might need to contact the vendor of the toolbox for help with this issue. If you have access to the source code of the S-function, please debug it.

windows 8.1 64bit, matlab 2015 64bit , mex -setup tell this error Error using mex No supported compiler or SDK was found. For options, visit http://www.mathworks.com/support/compilers/R2015a/win64.html.
