mt : general error c101008d: Failed to write the updated manifest to the resource of file "..._ssf.mexw64". Access refused

I'm running a simulink model in SIL and I get sometime the error about manifest to be locked. I'm running R2020b and Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 v16.0

It's very annoying because the problem can happen 10 times and then it's OK for a while.

I eventually remove the antivirus Cylance and the problem is gone! Previously my IT make it in by-pass mod but this was not sufficient.
