Encoding the quantized data using Huffman coding and finding the number of bits used in it

I Had Quantized the YUV Frames using quantizer from simulink. Now I need to encode these quantized data (64X64X11).

I had used autoencoder but it accepts 1X4000 type of data How to give My 64X64X11 type data to it?
