PCIE 6509 Connection problem

Hi I am trying to control NI PCIE 6509

My computer can detect it but no voltage range appear. Range at the table represents Voltage Range.

Also device's rate does not appear too. It is read-only properites and normally [0.1 1000000] but mine is [0 0].

I think it is kind of connection problem
