How to convert MATLAB file into .exe file which can run without MATLAB environment?

You can do this using the MATLAB Compiler. The executable created needs to be packaged with the MCR (MATLAB Compiler Runtime). Once the MCR is installed by the end-user, the executable will run on their machine.
