I want to know if my data would fit a linear/exp​onential/l​ogarithmic line. How do I figure this out?

I have reaction time data and I want to know what line it would fit best. I tried using avrg line but it did not work. Does someone know how I can check my data for these type of growhts?

In general, fit each and compare the goodness of fit statistics.

It's always risky to do such things without plotting and visual inspection first.

The Interactive Curve and Surface fitting app in the Curve Fitting toolbox is a good tool to create, plot and compare multiple fits.
