Rename all files in a folder

Hello, need some assistance here,
I have 150 images with the name of 1.jpg 2.jpg ..... 150.jpg
I need to rename it all as this : 1.jpg ----> 001.jpg , 12.jpg ---> 012.jpg etc
Can anyone help?
