Implementing viterbi decoder in matlab with k=7 , r=1/2 - soft decision.

Hi guys, Im asking if matlab library provides viterbi decoder with k=7 , r=1/2 with 'soft decision' function,
I want to implement a function in matlab which it's viterbi decoder with k=7, r=1/2, soft decision.
Any help? thanks alot.
