Error accessing a file with activex player

I have a GUI and simple button with the call back:

  m=figure;
  h=actxcontrol('WMPlayer.OCX.7', [150 150 300 300], m);
  %[filename, pathname] =             %uigetfile('*.*,','Please select a file');
  h.URL='Stronger.aviC:\Users\Lawson\Documents\MATLAB\Videos\'; % [pathname filename];
  h.controls.play;
  end

When I press the button the figure pops up along with the player, but then a pop up box shows saying:

   The file you attempting to to play has an extension (.) that does not match the file format. Playing the file may result in unexpected behavior.

My file was downloaded as a .flv and then converted to .avi

I have solved it on my own.

 h.URL='Stronger.aviC:\Users\Lawson\Documents\MATLAB\Videos\';

The code above should have been written:

h.URL='C:\Users\Lawson\Documents\MATLAB\Videos\Stronger.avi';
