FFT analysis of WAV file

Hello Community, actually i'm performing FFT analysis of two different WAV files but here I get difference between graphs when checked with other software.I'm using SIGVIEW software may I know the reason and where i'm doing wrong ?? In file attached the color (red, black) shows two different wav files. HereI get two different y-axis values ​​please do verify.
