Import Variables in GUI to the main workspace

Hi, may I khow to import the variables working at GUI to the main working space using button callback? I wish to import the variables so that the data can be use for other computation and analysis purpose. Thanks you

In the callback of your button, put

assignin('base','yourvariable',yourvariable)

If you have a simple GUI that is closed after variable selection, you could also make your variables outputs of the GUI, like:

output = myGUI();
