anovan: how to switch off the tables it produces?

I'm running anovan hundreds of times and matlab crashes while dysplaying hundreds of anova-tabs. How can I tell matlab not to display it?

it's sufficient to write:

'display','off'

e.g.

    [p] = anovan(Meanfiring,{orientation,contrast,window},...
        'model',[1 0 0;0 1 0;0 0 1;1 1 0;1 0 1;0 1 1;1 1 1],'display','off');

I find it not working with 'display','off'
