How can I plot summation along with delta function using for loop

Plot the function x(n)= summation (k=0: infinity) 4*delta([n-3k-1]

Seems right to me.

So x(n) = 4 if and only if n-1 can be divided by 3. Which means, that x(n) is 4 when n-1 = 0, 3, 6, 9, 12 and so on and thus x(n) = 4 when n = 1, 4, 7, 10 and so on. And that is exactly what your plot is showing
