image acquisition toolbox for matlab version 2009a for mac OSX snow leopard

If I have the student version 2009a of Matlab for mac OSX, is the image acquisition toolbox available for me to add on?

Mathworks only sells the last two releases of Student Version toolboxes (i.e., R2011a and R2012a at this time.) After that time the expectation is that you will upgrade to a newer MATLAB if you need the toolbox.
